XN Resource Editor is a lightweight resource editor that works with all resource files (.RES) and PE modules (.EXE, .DLL, etc.). It s XP Manifest, accelerator tables and .RC files. It also has special knowledge of modules written in Delphi. It can display all the modules that comprise a Delphi program, and let you edit the properties of the components used on Delphi forms. It can't handle PNG-compressed 128 or 256px icons, though.
