It s upgrades by installing right over an existing copy, preserving all settings. And it's in portableapps.isosite.org Format, so it automatically works with the portableapps.isosite.org Suite including the Menu and Backup Utility.

I've posted revision 2 which adds in the C runtimes Frhed uses since they may not be installed on some Windows XP and Windows 2000 machines.
