die Portable Apps nutze ich nun schon einige Jahre unter Windows und bin damit sehr zufrieden.
Da ich jetzt auf Linux umsteige möchte ich gerne meine Apps - natürlich nur die, bei denen es möglich ist - auch unter Linux nutzen.
Ich habe gesehen, dass man Portable Apps auch via Wine unter Linux verwenden kann.
Heißt das für mich, dass ich einfach meinen kompletten Ordner, so wie er ist, unter Wine öffnen und verwenden kann?

Wenn Sie WINE auf Ihrem PC richtig konfiguriert haben, sollte es sofort funktionieren. Nicht jede Software ist vollständig kompatibel. Die PA.c-Plattform versucht, das von Ihnen verwendete Betriebssystem zu ermitteln und eine Schriftart auszuwählen, die der Standardeinstellung entspricht.
If you have WINE properly configured on your PC it should work out of the box. Not all software will be fully compatible. The PA.c Platform will try to determine the operating system you are running and pick a font that matches the default.
